A little disappointed

I made my order, of two puzzles and 2 hats with the pony tail hole in the top. I got the puzzles right away and I almost forgot I order the hats but I got a message after more than a month that the hats with holes in the top were no longer available but they were sending the regular 3 fish hats and I was thrilled. The problem was that I only got 1 of the hats but I was charged for two. I love the chosen and know you will make it right. I tried to chat tonight but no one came on as it was really near closing time as well. Maybe they will pick it up tomorrow and respond.
