Nella terza stagione, tutti e 12 i discepoli affrontano nuove paure e vecchi modi radicati quando Gesù li manda nella loro prima missione. Ma ognuno deve affrontare anche il suo fardello unico: l'allontanamento di Matthew dalla famiglia, la disabilità non guarita di Little James, il passato irrisolto di Simon Z e la crisi matrimoniale di Simon ed Eden, solo per citarne alcuni.
Nel frattempo, decine di nuovi arrivati come Veronica e Giairo cercano disperatamente Gesù per ottenere sollievo da crisi schiaccianti e autorità dalla mano pesante, religiose e romane. Alla fine migliaia di persone convergono verso Gesù, prima per discutere e poi per ascoltare. Ma mentre la Sua predicazione si estende al giorno successivo, si ritrovano in una nuova situazione difficile: lontani da casa, affamati e senza cibo da mangiare.

I was battling cancer when I saw Season One. The timing was perfect, and The Chosen was there every week with inspiration that helped me back to spiritual and physical health. The next two seasons helped continue my spiritual growth.

I have now watched the seasons 1-3 8 times over. I have never felt more alive with the Bible, with my faith, everything! I am so thankful and blessed and I wish I had more words, but it's an overwhelming joy that I almost can't describe! This season was “masterful” in the design and production of the feeding of the 5,000 to the walking in the water. Revelation of awesome

Of course, by now we are hooked. We booked a spot to be on the Feeding of the 5,000 with our son, daughter-in-law and their 3 daughters. We paid our air fare, our lodging, and made our own costumes. We sat in the hot, hot sun all day, we never met any actors and sat so far back we can't even see ourselves in the crowd, but it was well worth it for a special memory with out family. Chosen treated us well and even provide entertainment for the times we weren't needed.
