What is your refund policy?

Virtual tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, and they are only valid for this 2024 virtual event; they can’t be used for future virtual events

What does the ticket cost cover?

Your virtual ticket includes livestream access to our main stage headliner sessions with cast, crew and special guests during the weekend of ChosenCon from September 20 to September 21. You will see sneak previews of new content, and behind-the-scenes footage from the event with some surprise exclusive interviews from cast and/or crew.

Once the livestream event concludes, you will get access to a larger catalog of ChosenCon sessions (including most of our breakout sessions) on our app for a period of 6 months.

Where can I find a virtual event schedule?

Head to our ChosenCon website and look at the “virtual” experience to find a schedule.

How will I access the livestream?

After you buy your ticket for our virtual experience, you'll get a link from RingCentral, our livestream website host, within 48 hours before the event. Be sure to check your spam folder if you haven’t received this link by Thursday, 9/19. Our team will also send you an instructional video on how to navigate the livestream.

Don't worry, you'll get a link before September 20.

How long can I access the ChosenCon video recordings?

You will have access to the ChosenCon virtual experience content on RingCentral through Sunday 9/22, 11:59pm EST. Then beginning on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 you will have access on “The Chosen” app to view the larger catalog of ChosenCon session content (including most breakout sessions) for a period of 6 months, ending on March 24, 2025. Please Note: Content may be gradually uploaded within a 7 day period following the event, beginning on Tuesday, September 24, 2024.

If you already have an account for The Chosen app, we strongly recommend that you use the same email address to purchase your virtual experience ticket. This way you will be able to log into your normal account on Tuesday, 9/24 and the full catalog of ChosenCon content will gradually be ready for viewing.

If you purchase a virtual experience ticket and do not have an account on The Chosen app, all you need to do is create a new account on the app using that same email address you used to purchase your ticket. Once logged into the app on 9/24 the full catalog of ChosenCon content will gradually be ready for viewing.

If you already have an account on The Chosen app but you use a different email address to purchase the virtual experience, you will need to create a new account on The Chosen app with the email address you used to purchase your virtual ticket to gain access to ChosenCon content on the app.

What languages will be available for closed captioning?

Closed captions will be available during the virtual experience for English, Spanish and Portuguese languages. Once the event has ended on 9/21, all sessions will be uploaded to our app gradually beginning on Tuesday, September 24, 2024. Closed captions will be gradually available over that week for English only. We unfortunately will not have closed captions for Spanish and Portuguese on the app for ChosenCon content after the event concludes.

How many devices can I use to view the livestream on?

You will receive a unique link to view the livestream through our host platform, RingCentral. You'll be able to view on your phone, tablet, or computer if you wish, but only one device at a time. Don’t share this with anyone, as it will log you out of the stream if another person uses your link.

Can I add tickets to an order I already completed?

Sorry, no. You’ll need to complete a separate transaction to order the additional tickets.

Is there a group rate?

We’ve worked hard to already price tickets as low as possible, so there is no group discount for the virtual ChosenCon experience.

Will I get to see the cast on the livestream?

Yes, you will have access to multiple sessions with the cast, and we've got a few exclusive behind-the-scenes interviews on the ground just for you.

Who do I contact if I have questions about the livestream schedule or haven’t received my RingCentral set up link by 9/19?

Please email liveevents@thechosen.tv for general inquiries about the schedule of events or if you did not receive a link from RingCentral to set up your account by Thursday, September 19.

Who do I contact if I have issues setting up my RingCentral account or viewing the livestream?

If you have any problems accessing the livestream, please contact customer support by going to events-support.ringcentral.com for assistance. Click on the “Attendee” button, then you will click on the “support” instant messaging or the “Get in Touch” button at the bottom of the page on that website if you need assistance.
