How does the $52 voucher work?

Purchase any ChosenCon package on TheChosenGifts.com during the offer period and you’ll receive a $52 voucher code by email after checkout. Valid for US purchases only. Voucher expires 12/1/25, 11:59pm PT.

Where is the event?

ChosenCon will take place at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, from February 19 to 21, 2026.

When is registration happening?

Registration windows vary per ticket package. If you purchased “Impact” or “Impact Plus” tickets you get to register early on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 between 4:00-8:00pm. If you purchased the “Experience” package you will register on Thursday, February 19, 2026 beginning at 10:00am.

If you are unable to make your registration window we will accept late registrants Friday and Saturday anytime.

As a reminder, ChosenCon will take place at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, from February 19 to 21, 2026.

Will there be a virtual ticket option this year?

Unfortunately, capturing and streaming the conference live is quite expensive and requires a lot of resources from our team. We appreciate all of our live and virtual attendees, but there hasn’t been enough interest in the virtual tickets to cover the costs and resources required. We will be announcing replay options at a later date.

What is your refund policy?

All ticket purchases are non-refundable. However, they are transferable to another individual. You can transfer your tickets following these steps:

1. Go to https://www.showclix.com/my-tickets/login

2. Log into MyTickets with the account you used to purchase the test tickets

3. Click “Manage ChosenCon 2026 Profile”

4. Select Transfer Items in top right corner

5. Enter the recipient email and select any of the tickets you purchased to transfer

6. “Transfer Created” confirmation message will pop up, and you can alert the person you transferred ticket(s) to that they have been emailed to them.

Tickets purchased for ChosenCon 2026 are only valid for this event. They cannot be used for (or transferred to) future gatherings.

What does the ticket cost cover?

There are 3 ticket types to attend ChosenCon: Experience, Impact, and Impact Plus. Please review the ticket packages section to see the unique differences in each type.

Your ticket selection does not cover any travel or accommodation expenses; that is the responsibility of the attendee.

Where should I stay?

Discounted hotel room rates are available through our special hotel links (see hotel section above). We highly recommend booking from our links, all hotels are located within walking distance of the Charlotte Convention Center and we’ve secured great rates for you.

How soon will I see an event schedule?

Event schedules vary depending on the ticket package selected. While schedules are subject to change, preliminary schedules are currently available on the ticket package section. We’ll release a full event schedule closer to the event start date, so stay tuned!

How do I confirm I’ll be attending the event?

You can purchase tickets to ChosenCon 2026 on our ticketing section above. You will receive email order confirmation from:donotreply@showclix.com.
Be sure to use our exclusive links for discounted hotel accommodations (see hotel section above). All hotels are within walking distance to the Charlotte Convention Center.

Can I add tickets to an order I already completed?

Once completed, orders cannot be changed. To purchase additional tickets, please complete a separate transaction.

Is there a group rate?

We’ve worked hard to price tickets as low as possible. Given our event size, location, and expanded schedule, we are unable to provide group rates.

Can I bring children to the event?

Philip isn’t available to babysit, but kids are welcome. Children ages 2 and under are free, provided they sit on your lap at all times (instead of requiring their own seat).Children ages 3-17 will require their own ticket. See details below:

Will The Chosen cover my travel expenses?

All attendees are responsible for their own travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, meals, and transportation.

Discounted hotel room rates are available through our exclusive booking links, refer to the hotel section above for these. All hotels are located within walking distance of the Charlotte Convention Center.

What is the closest airport?

The nearest major airport is Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT).

Will there be parking available?

The Charlotte Convention Center is located in proximity to several parking garages. We will provide detailed parking maps closer to the event start date.

What food options will be available at the event?

Depending on your ticket type, here’s what meals are included:

Experience Package – Includes lunch on Friday and Saturday

Impact Package
 – Includes lunch on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

Impact Plus Package
 – Includes both lunch and dinner on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

Want more meals? You can purchase additional meals via the ticket package section on our main event website. Just be sure to order by January 1, as that’s the last day to purchase additional meals.

All meals will be served buffet style in our dedicated dining area inside the convention center during designated meal times. Adding meals ensures you can grab a quick bite between sessions—so you don’t miss any of the action!

Will I have the opportunity to meet the cast and crew?

Yes! When you register at the event, you’ll be pre-assigned to a Meet & Greet session, and the day/time will be printed on your badge.

During your session, you’ll have the chance to say hello and take a photo with select members of the cast and crew. Please note: Cast assignments are determined by lottery, so we can’t guarantee which cast members you’ll meet.

Can I bring gifts for the cast and crew?

We’re so grateful for your kind hearts! However, we kindly ask that you do not bring gifts. With thousands of attendees, we can’t ensure items reach their intended recipients.

Is the location wheelchair accessible?

Yes! The Charlotte Convention Center is fully wheelchair accessible. It’s a vertical building with minimal walking between sessions. Elevators are available to move between the three levels.

Is ChosenCon ADA Accessible?

Absolutely! ChosenCon is fully accessible and welcomes individuals of all abilities.

If you need special accommodations or services, please email us at liveevents@thechosen.tv by January 1, 2026 so we have time to assist you.

ASL interpretation is available at the Main Stage and Impact Stage—by request.

To request ASL services or priority seating, email us in advance and arrive 30 minutes early to notify our team at the Help Desk (Level 2 near registration).

Can I bring a service animal?

Yes, service animals are welcome at the event. In accordance with the ADA, service animals that are trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities are permitted. The ADA requires that service animals be under the control of their handler at all times and be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the animal’s work or the handler’s disability prevents their use. Please note that emotional support animals and pets are not considered service animals under the ADA.

Will I be allowed to take pictures?

Absolutely! We’d love for you to capture your favorite moments—so snap away and let those memories shine. Feel free to share your photos using our official hashtag #ChosenCon to spread the joy.
