Very happy with the gift card. I gave to someone that is a fan but wouldn't have been able to buy anything without the card.
Every thing I ordered came, but there was no gift card in the order, so I just assumed there would be a $25 credit on my account But if this is not the case, I need to get it mailed to me I love The Chosen
I used my gift card to order The Chosen DVD of Season 4. Thank you for the huge 5/2 sale as this is where I earned free shipping and a GC. I’ve really enjoyed all the seasons, but especially this season. I’m a huge fan!!!! See you at ChosenCon n September!
I took advantage of a gift card sale to purchase a 25.00 card for 14.72 on April 11, 2024. Unfortunately when I use my code, it only gives me a credit of 14.72. I’m still in the process of getting it resolved, and have missed out on gifts I’ve wanted to purchase with it. I’m just thankful I didn’t send it to a friend, that would have been an embarrassment. It makes me wonder how many friends and family members received a gift card from someone but only got the 14.72 credit. Thinking how odd, and not knowing it should have been 25.00!
Since you asked... The gift card order process did not allow me to designate the recipient's name and email, so the gift card was emailed to me INSTEAD of the person I wanted to send the gift card to. Like Amazon and other online companies, you should make it easy to designate the gift card recipient.
