Sometimes a little, sometimes a lot! Sometimes 20 oz is just right!
I bought "The Chosen" 20 oz. tumbler and I use it every day, and more than once a day. My coffee in the morning, and my water intake throughout the day. It keeps things both hot and cold. I absolutely love it and every morning when I wake up and see it all cleaned and ready for the next use I am not only happy, but so proud to display "Come and See" on one side and "The Chosen" on the other.
