Nice looking, but....

The mug is very cool looking, sharp appearance without too many foo-fooey going on. It has a nice weight to it, wide and large lid.... but that's where my 3 star rating comes in. The lid should have a second smaller hole to allow venting as you sip your hot liquid to allow for air displacement while drinking. Since it doesn't have that, you run the risk of getting too much too fast and you may scald your lip and/or tongue. Ad that vent hole to the lid and I'll amend my rating to a full 5 stars!

Nice, but

I like the size of the mug and the handle fits my hand nicely , but the lid is very difficult to get off. I wanted to take it off to let my tea cool faster and I couldn’t pry it up. In the process I spilled hot tea on myself. So now I just have to be more patient to let it cool.

An Amazing Mug

This mug fits my needs beautifully. I wanted something to hold hot water for tea while I'm at work and this works! It keeps my tea hot for about 4 hours which is tremendous for a mug that isn't insulated. (I know the description says 6 hours, but I haven't found that to be the case with mine.)

Also, the lid is very tight. That is good because it keeps the liquids in, but when you are trying to get the lid off and you have hot liquid inside, it can splash and can be a burn hazard. I've found that twisting it while pulling it off helps a lot. In my opinion, it's worth the little bit of struggle to get the lid off in order to keep it from spilling.
